Leapmotor’s Nighttime Adventure Comes to Life in Vilnius

The latest Leapmotor advertising film, directed by Romain Chassaing, was brought to life in Vilnius, Lithuania, with local service production handled by SOMEFILMS for Mercurio Cinematografica and Leo Burnett Italy.

Set against the vibrant backdrop of the city at night, the playful commercial follows an animated main character zooming through urban streets, creating a dynamic and imaginative world that captures attention. The film blends real locations with a distinctive visual style, transforming Vilnius into a lively playground full of energy and movement.

One of the key production highlights was the creation of custom-built gaming arcades, designed from scratch as part of the film’s unique set decorations. Bringing these imaginative elements into the city environment required creativity, precision, and close collaboration between the international production team and the local crew.

Securing filming permits across some of Vilnius’ main streets added another layer of complexity to the project, but also opened the door to showcasing the Lithuanian capital in a fresh and exciting way.
