Lancé par la région Ile de France, QIOZ est un site d'apprentissage des langues gratuit pour tous. Ce site gratuit entend permettre un apprentissage innovant, fondé principalement sur des contenus vidéo : Films, séries TV, clips musicaux à découvrir en version originale pour progresser en anglais, espagnol et allemand. C'est pourquoi le film QIOZ reprend les univers de différents "genre" cinematographique afin de promouvoir ce service.
